  • Extra Long Taq DNA Polymerase

    Extra Long Taq DNA Polymerase

ExtraLong Taq DNA Polymerase, a high fidelity of polymerases with 3’-5’ exonuclease activity designed for amplifying large fragment. A wide range of PCR products can be generated, up to 40 kb from lambda DNA and 30 kb from human genomic DNA. It is also a better choice for amplifying complex template, such as GC-rich template. ExtraLong Taq Polymerase is suitable as a direct replacement for ordinary Taq Polymerase in most applications. PCR products produced with ExtraLong Taq Polymerase can be used in either TA cloning or blunt cloning.

  • Super Hi-Fi Taq DNA Polymerase

    Super Hi-Fi Taq DNA Polymerase

Super Hi-Fi Tag DNA Polymerase is a special blend of Taq polymerase and Pfu Polymerase. It possesses both 5’-3’ polymerase and exonuclease activity. The advantages of Super Hi-Fi Tag DNA Polymerase are high productivity and fidelity. Comparing to regular Taq polymerase, Super Hi-Fi Tag can efficiently amplify large DNA fragments (20Kb for simple templates and 10Kb for complex templates). Besides, it possesses higher extension rate and amplification efficiency than Pfu DNA Polymerase. Super Hi-Fi Tag DNA Polymerase generates PCR products with 3’-dA overhangs that can be directly used in TA-cloning. To obtain higher cloning efficiency, however, PCR products could be purified and added 3-d'A overhangs before TA cloning procedures.

  • 2x Ultra Hi-Fi Taq PCR MasterMix

2x Ultra Hi-Fi Taq PCR MasterMix

TOOLS 2× Ultra Hi-Fi Taq PCR MasterMix is is a new generation superior enzyme based on Ultra Hi-Fi DNA Polymerase for robust PCR with higher fidelity. The unique extension factor, specificity-promoting factors and plateau-inhibiting factor newly added to Ultra Hi-Fi greatly improve its long-fragment amplification ability, specificity, and PCR yield. Ultra Hi-Fi is capable of amplifying long fragments such as 40 kb λ DNA, 40 kb plasmid DNA, 20 kb genomic DNA and 10 kb cDNA. The amplification error rate of Ultra Hi-Fi is 53-fold lower than that of conventional Taq and 6-fold lower than that of Pfu. In addition, Ultra Hi-Fi has a good resistance to PCR inhibitors and can be used for direct PCR amplifications of bacteria, fungi, plant tissues, animal tissues, and even whole blood samples. Ultra Hi-Fi contains two monoclonal antibodies inhibiting the 5 ́→3 ́ polymerase activity and 3 ́→5 ́ exonuclease activity at room temperature, which enable Ultra Hi-Fi to perform greatly-specific Hot-Start PCRs. 2× Ultra Hi-Fi Taq PCR MasterMix contains 2× Ultra Hi-Fi Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTP, and an optimized buffer system. The amplification can start only with the addition of primer and template, thereby easing PCR setup and improving reproducibility. Protective agents this product enable the resistance to repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
