TOOLS eSpCas9 (1.1) Protein
The CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats) system is a prokaryotic adaptive immune system that consists of single guide RNA and Cas9 protein for performing genome editing in many organisms.
TOOLS eSpCas9 (1.1) protein (K848A/K1003A/R1060A) is a purified nuclease from E coli using Cas9 gene of Streptococcus pyogenes. It is a ready-to-use product containing a nuclear localization signal (NLS) for genome editing experiments resulting site-specific cleavage of double-stranded DNA.
1. High purity & efficiency
2. High specificity
3. No off target
4. Suitabel for cell and animal experiment
