服務內容
siRNA(small interfering RNA)，為雙股RNA分子，藉由轉染(Transfection)或電穿孔(Electroporation)方式送入細胞，在細胞內被RNase III (如Dicer) 切割成21～25個核甘酸大小的單股siRNA，反股的siRNA會與目標mRNA完全互補結合，導致mRNA降解，停止轉譯等基因靜默的現象。siRNA具有專一性高、不易脫靶、半衰期短(數天降解)等特性，可用來短暫調控基因表現等實驗。
圖爾思生物科技公司提供客製化的siRNA設計及合成服務，客戶僅需提供目標基因序列或是NCBI號碼，我們將為您優化設計並挑出抑制效果最佳的 siRNA序列，此外，我們亦提供多種特殊修飾供客戶選擇。
我們有獨家提供的siRNA套組有提供產品效果保證，此產品若抑制效果未達70%以上(保證係以RNA Level為主，同時需提供qPCR的實驗結果)，本公司將無條件換貨(特殊物種或特殊情況則不適用此保證方案)。

*The guarantee is provided for the RNAi set, but not for single RNAi synthesis.
