TOOLS Easy Fast RT Mix Plus is a high-efficiency, stable, and fast reverse transcription pre-mix that removes genomic DNA contamination. The 5X Easy Fast RT Mix Plus contains all necessary reagents, including RT enzyme, RNase inhibitor, random primers, Oligo-dT primer, dNTP mixture, reaction buffer, and a thermostable DNase for efficient genomic DNA removal during the reverse transcription process. The latest-generation reverse transcriptase in this kit offers improved RNA affinity, thermal stability, and higher sensitivity, making it suitable for complex RNA templates.

Fig1. Total RNA was extracted from the liver tissues of three mice using the TOOLSmart RNA Extractor (DPT-BD24) individually. RNA concentration was measured using the Qubit RNA Assay Kit, and 1 μg of RNA was used for reverse transcription (RT) in triplicate with the TOOLS Easy Fast RT Plus Kit (KRT-BA28), which had been stored for over six months. Following RT, cDNA was diluted to a final concentration of 10 ng/μL and subjected to qPCR using the TOOLS 2X SYBR qPCR Mix (FPT-BB05) to amplify the GAPDH gene, evaluating RT efficiency and stability. The results demonstrated that the TOOLS Easy Fast RT Plus Kit maintained high efficiency and stability even after six months of storage.
