TOOLSpeed Quant SYBR Green master mix is an optimized 2X SYBR Green qPCR reagent for Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio (QS) System.
This product is validated working perfectly on QS system. It is easy to use with premixed low ROX reference dye and sensitvie with high fluornece formulation.
All the required components of qPCR were contained except specific primers and template.
TOOLSpeed Quant SYBR Green master mix is compatible with qPCR instruments that required Low ROX mode, including ABI QuantaStudio series 3, 5 and the earlier version of ABI qPCR instruments.
